- 500 gm Paneer cubed
- 2 tbsp Malai tikka Mix
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tbsp refined oil

- In a glass bowl add the paneer, yogurt, mustard oil and the malai tikka mix and mix..
- Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- After sometime, gently place the marinated paneer cubes on the skewers by pricking it slightly. Then, grill these paneer skewers for another 10 minutes or so. You can baste it with refined oil.
(Note: If you are using the bell peppers, cut them into large slices and place them one by one in between these marinated paneer cubes.)
Once grilled, take off the skewers from the grill and serve warm.
