This black cardamom has a beautiful, strong smell that makes my biryani feel complete. The pods are plump and the seeds are dark, indicating high quality. I am very happy with this 100gms pack, which will last a good while.
The pods are dry, clean, and full of flavor. I crush them lightly and add them to my rice. Amazing aroma!
